VideoMakerTerms of use
By using the VideoMaker website and app you agree to the terms below. The Russian version is the governing one; this English version is a translation for convenience.
1. Who we are
The videomaker.1147.org website and the VideoMaker app are made by the 1147.org studio. Owner details: [to be specified: owner details].
Questions about these terms and your data: [to be specified: contact email].
2. Software “as is”
VideoMaker is provided “as is”, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation. You use the app at your own risk.
Videos and texts are made by an AI agent. Review them before publishing: you are responsible for what you publish and for the rights to the materials you give the agent.
3. Where your data is stored
VideoMaker has no server of its own. The project database and video texts are in the content folder (the .videomaker subfolder); videos and the agent's working files are in the media library on your computer. The app writes nothing to the project folder with materials.
If you sign in with Yandex, finished videos and texts are copied to your Yandex Disk — only into the app folder “Applications/VideoMaker”. The app does not see the rest of your Disk. The sign-in token is stored on your device and is sent nowhere but Yandex.
4. AI agents
Claude Code, Codex and Koda are third-party programs with their own terms. They run on your accounts and subscriptions and send their providers what the work needs: the task, product materials, screenshots. How a provider handles that data is defined by its own rules.
With LM Studio the model runs on your computer and the data goes nowhere.
5. Website statistics
The site may count visits with Yandex Metrica — only if you allow it in the banner at the bottom of the page. Without your permission the counter is not loaded.
With your permission Metrica sets cookies and receives your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you view, referrers and clicks. We only look at aggregate statistics to see which sections help. Session Replay (Webvisor) is off. The data is processed by Yandex LLC under its privacy policy.
You can opt out at any time: clear the site's cookies and data in your browser — the banner will appear again — or install Yandex's Metrica opt-out add-on.
6. Advertising
There is no advertising in the app or on the site.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the current version is shown at the top of the page.
